Der Inverkehrbringer trägt die Verantwortung dafür, dass nur VOC- konforme Produkte für die Fahrzeuglackierung verkauft werden und auch dafür, dass die eingeschränkt verkaufbaren Produkte nur für die genannten Anwendungen verwendet werden. Der Käufer bestätigt mit seinem Kauf bei alles-im-lackshop.de, dass er der Gesetzeslage der ChemVOCFarbV vertraut ist und durch alles-im-lackshop.de darüber ausreichend informiert wurde. Er bestätigt, dass er die nicht den jeweiligen VOC-Grenzwerten entsprechenden Produkte ausschließlich für die gesetzlich vorgesehenen Ausnahmefälle verwendet.
